Angry Hills

By Leon Uris

I read this book because it was written by Leon Uris. And this author holds all my respect for his creation ‘EXODUS’. It was my second reading of his work. I think I won’t be wrong if I say that this guy gets enthralled by wars and war like situations. This novel was in the form of story in which an American writer is caught in Greece during an invasion of Greece by Nazis during WW II. This writer possesses a list which is critical both for allied forces and Nazis. Whole narration is regarding his escape from turmoil. This novel has its own class. But definitely it is not of the class of ‘EXODUS’
